West Webster Cemetery is a not-for-profit 501(c)(13) corporation following the laws of NYS, Dept. of State, Div. of Cemeteries and is governed by a board of directors who are local community volunteers. The board is dedicated to maintaining the natural beauty of the Cemetery, its financial security, and its records. The costs collected for each lot and interment is held in an account, by our Treasurer, to ensure for the ongoing maintenance, upkeep and preservation of the cemetery.

PLEASE NOTE:

Cemetery hours are from sun up to sun down.

The cemetery is ‘seasonal’, and will be closed to vehicle traffic during winter months. The cemetery will reopen when weather conditions dictate.

All winter decorations must be removed by April 1st.

Interments allowed per grave: 1 casketed burial OR 1 casketed burial + up to 3 cremains OR up to 4 cremains. Ash Section and other designated graves: up to 2 cremains.

ALL THE FOLLOWING ARE PROHIBITED:

Metal poles, stones, bricks, wood chips or fencing around monuments.

Metal, plastic, glass or pottery containers for decorations.

Planting of any bushes, shrubs or trees.

Planting flowers more than 18” on the East side of monument.

Alcoholic beverages.

Speeds exceeding 5 MPH
